특히 식량작물 20종, 노지채소 18종, 시설채소 18종, 과수 16종, 화훼 10종, 특·약용 19종, 가축 15종, 곤충 6종을 포함한 총 122개 품목에 대한 표준화된 진단 기준이 적용되어, 품목 간 비교, 지역 간 경영 특성 분석, 경영 수준 평가 등 다양한 정책적·현장적 활용이 가능합니다. 이를 통해 농가의 경영역량 수준을 정량적으로 파악하고, 생산·경영·유통 분야에서 실질적인 개선 포인트를 제시하며, 농가 경쟁력 강화와 지속가능한 농업 경영 체계 마련에 기여합니다.

This document, compiled and organized through the Rural Development Administration's Standard Agricultural Management Diagnosis Consulting Project, systematically analyzes farm management practices from various perspectives and suggests directions for management improvement. This document applies a standard diagnosis table to 122 crops and provides detailed management status information across nine sectors: food crops, field vegetables, greenhouse vegetables, fruit trees, flowers, specialty crops, medicinal crops, livestock, and insects. The standard diagnosis consulting process assesses crop-specific production structure, management cost structure, labor and machinery utilization, sales strategies, farming infrastructure, and risk factors, and then identifies individual farm strengths and weaknesses based on these assessments. The document systematically organizes the size, management type, and crop characteristics of the assessed farms, as well as profitability analysis, potential cost-saving factors, and management indicators by product. Consulting suggestions for management improvement, implementation plans, and recommendations for additional training or support are also provided. In particular, standardized diagnostic criteria are applied to a total of 122 items, including 20 types of food crops, 18 types of field vegetables, 18 types of greenhouse vegetables, 16 types of fruit trees, 10 types of flowers, 19 types of special and medicinal crops, 15 types of livestock, and 6 types of insects. This enables various policy and field applications, such as comparisons between items, analysis of management characteristics across regions, and management level evaluations. This allows for quantitative assessment of the level of management capacity of farms, suggests practical areas for improvement in production, management, and distribution, and contributes to strengthening farm competitiveness and establishing a sustainable agricultural management system. This data not only provides practical assistance to farmers in their management decision-making, but also holds high value as basic data for local governments and related organizations in planning subsidy projects, establishing management consulting policies, reviewing standard management costs by crop, and establishing follow-up support systems.
