· 수집항목 이름 : 설문조사를 통해 수집하려는 구체적인 정보의 명칭 (String, 예: 사는 곳, 학교, 학년)

· 등록일시 : 해당 수집 항목이 시스템에 설정 및 등록된 날짜와 시간 (String, YYYY-MM-DD HH:MM:SS) □ Overview This dataset is a compilation of detailed collection items from a survey set up through the standard data management system in the Science and Technology Data Room of the National Gwacheon Science Museum. It was built to identify the list of information (name, school, grade, etc.) that was intended to be collected from participants during the survey and the registration status. The main purposes of its use are as follows. First, by identifying the types of personal information and demographic items collected in past surveys, it is possible to check compliance with the principle of minimizing personal information collection. Second, by comparing and analyzing the composition items of each survey, it is possible to evaluate the appropriateness of the survey design and refer to it for future questionnaire improvement.
