This data was collected and constructed in 2022 to systematically understand the population, settlement environment, and social indicators of marine and fisheries communities and fishing villages at the town/village level, and to analyze structural and population composition changes in fishing villages. It includes the population and society of marine and fisheries communities (TB_OCEANMARN_POPLTN_SOCTY), the physical environment of marine and fisheries communities (TB_OCEANMARN_PHYSICL_ENVRN), and the industrial economy of marine and fisheries communities (TB_OCEANMARN_INDUST_ECNMY). This data can be used to analyze changes in the population structure of fishing villages and the proportion of fishing, youth, and elderly populations. It can also be used to diagnose regional extinction risk levels, monitor settlement conditions and population outflow, develop customized business plans for the marine and fisheries sector, and set regional support priorities based on social indicators.
