* 검역법 제28조의3(국제공인예방접종지정기관의 지정 등) 질병관리청장은 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 기관 중에서 국제공인예방접종을 실시할 수 있는 기관(이하 “국제공인예방접종지정기관”이라 한다)을 지정할 수 있다. 이 경우 질병관리청장은 이를 공고하여야 한다.
1. 「의료법」 제3조에 따른 의료기관
2. 의무실이 설치되어 있고 의사가 항상 근무하는 국가 및 지방자치단체의 기관, 「공공기관의 운영에 관한 법률」에 따른 공공기관
② 질병관리청장은 국제공인예방접종지정기관이 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 경우에는 그 지정을 취소할 수 있다. <개정 2020. 8. 11.>
1. 최근 3년간 검역감염병에 대한 예방접종 실적이 없는 경우
2. 검역감염병 예방접종과 관련하여 이 법이나 의료 관계 법령을 위반한 경우
③ 제1항 및 제2항에서 규정한 사항 외에 국제공인예방접종지정기관의 지정 및 지정취소의 기준ㆍ절차 등에 필요한 사항은 보건복지부령으로 정한다.
