The Policy Opinion Gathering System, operated by the Public Communication Office of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, collects and analyzes online matches to provide users with information on public interest and reactions to government policies through various functions within the system. It quickly identifies policy opinions and issues revealed through big data and utilizes this information to communicate government policies to the public. The number of mentions and related keywords by ministry measure the number of mentions of central government agencies in online media documents collected by the system, allowing users to determine whether the agency is a hot topic online. The system provides the number of mentions by agency and the ranking of mentions by agency over the same time period, allowing users to identify which agency is the most relevant at a given time.
