The data consists of key items such as educational satisfaction, educational environment satisfaction, instructor satisfaction, educational motivation, and current job type, allowing for analysis of correlations between the effectiveness of ICT training programs and participant characteristics. Using synthetic data techniques, the statistical characteristics and patterns of the original data are preserved while completely eliminating any potential for personal identification. This data can be utilized in educational policy development, job training program improvement, and ICT workforce development strategies.
