해당 정보는 노인 친화기업의 정보를 점자파일로 제공합니다. 노인 친화기업 사업은 두가지 사업으로 구분됩니다. 노인 채용기업은 고령자 다수 고용을 목적으로 신규 기업을 설립하여 최소 5명 이상의 고령자 신규 고용하고자 하는 기업입니다. 노인친화기업·기관은 전년도 상시근로자의 5%(최소 5명)이상의 고령자를 고용하고 있는 기업 중에서 최소 5명 이상의 고령자를 추가 고용하고자 하는 기업입니다.
신청자격은 4개 모두가 해당되어야 합니다. 사업운영 1년 이상(사업자등록증 기준), 전년도 매출액 3억원 이상(전년도 재무제표 기준), 전년도말 기준 상시근로자* 5명 이상, 전년도 말 기준 해당 사업장 근로자*의 5%(최소 5명 이상) 노인을 고용한 기업입니다.

Senior-hiring businesses are newly established businesses that aim to employ a large number of seniors and hire at least five new seniors. Senior-friendly businesses/institutions are businesses that employed seniors, representing at least 5% of their regular workforce (at least five people) in the previous year, and are seeking to hire at least five additional seniors.
