This data comprehensively provides information on opinions (text), related attachments (documents, images, etc.), voting attachments, and the number of likes and dislikes submitted by citizens participating in the Citizen Communication 24 Policy Participation Survey. It includes respondents' free opinions, policy-related materials, and feedback, allowing us to understand the diverse perspectives emerging in the citizen participation process. As of September 10, 2025, a total of 53,256 cases have been accumulated. Due to the large number of cases, the data is available as a CSV file and may not open properly in Excel in some environments. It can be used to analyze public opinion on key social issues such as youth policy improvement, disaster and safety management, digital transformation services, and personal information protection, and can be utilized in policymaking and civil complaint response research.
