2. 공통행정코드: 3010000 등과 같이 숫자로 구성된 공통 행정 코드값
3. 처리년도: 해당 의료급여 자료가 속하는 기준 연도
4. 처리시작일련번호: 연도 내에서 특정 자료 관리 구간이 시작되는 고유 번호
5. 처리종료일련번호: 연도 내에서 자료 관리 구간이 종료되는 고유 번호
