철도안전법 제8조에 따라 국내의 철도운영을 위해 국가로부터 철도안전관리체계를 승인받은 운영기관, 철도시설관리기관은 안전관리체계를 지속적으로 유지해야하고 이를 국토부장관은 정기적으로 점검 및 확인하고 있습니다. 본 교육자료는 철도운영기관, 시설관리기관에서 안전관리체계를 지속적으로 유지하거나 위반한 사실이 없는지 등 점검에 대한 전반적인 기초지식을 교육하기 위해 제작된 콘텐츠입니다. 교육자료는 법령, 점검절차, 과정, 점검완료 등을 기반으로 제작되었습니다.
