어린이집 보육교직원 보육활동 보호정책은 보육교직원이 보육활동을 원활하게 수행할 수 있도록 보육환경을 조성하고, 보육교직원과 보호자가 상호 존중하는 문화조성을 통해 교육과 돌봄의 질을 제고하는 정책이며 국가차원의 실효성 있는 보육교직원 보육활동 보호 기본계획을 수립하여 보육교직원의 안정적인 보육활동을 통해 모든 영유아에게 안정적이고 양질의 교육, 돌봄을 제공하고자 함임
그 내용으로는 보육활동 보호 제도 현황, 보육활동 침해 등에 대한 현장 인식, 보육활동 보호 운영 현황 및 문제점, 추진방향, 추진과제로는 1. 보육활동 기준 마련 및 침해예방 2. 침해행위 조사, 관리 및 보호조치, 3. 보육활동 침해행위에 대한 분쟁조정 지원, 보육활동 존중 문화 조성 및 지원, 추진 주체별 역할과 향후 추진일정을 담고 있음 The policy to protect childcare workers and their childcare activities is a policy to improve the quality of education and care by creating a childcare environment so that childcare workers can smoothly carry out childcare activities and by fostering a culture of mutual respect between childcare workers and guardians.
