광주광역시 남구에서는 지역 전통을 계승하고 역사 문화 체험의 기회를 제공하는 「2025 광주 사직단오제」를 광주 목사 출정행렬 재현을 주축으로 다양한 전통문화 체험 행사와 함께 추진하였으며,
해당 행사는 2025. 5. 31.(토) 11:00 ~ 18:00, 구동 희경루 및 사직단 일대에서 진행되었습니다.
행사 주요 구성은 다음과 같습니다.

- 무대행사 : 개막식, 전통 공연, 전통줄타기, 음악회 등
- 퍼레이드 : 광주 목사 출정행렬 재현(금남로 518민주광장~구동 희경루)
- 연계행사 : 사직대제, 사생대회, 국궁 대회, 과거시험 재연 등
- 체험행사 : 창포 머리 감기, 단오 부채 만들기 등

The event took place on May 31, 2025 (Sat) from 11:00 to 18:00 at the Gudong Heegyeongru and Sajikdan area.

- Stage Events: Opening ceremony, traditional performances, traditional tightrope walking, concerts, etc.
- Parade: Reenactment of the Gwangju Magistrate's Departure Procession (Geumnam-ro 5.18 Democracy Square ~ Gudong Heegyeongru)
