Cheonggyecheon Stream is a representative urban stream in Seoul, a popular walking and leisure space for Seoul citizens. To ensure a pleasant experience for citizens, the Seoul Metropolitan Government and the Seoul Metropolitan Government conduct monthly composite odor measurements at seven locations in conjunction with the Public Health and Environment Research Center. This data reflects composite odors from 2020 and is managed based on a distance of no more than 15 times the property boundary. While the property boundary here refers to the edge of the land, measurements in this study are taken within the property boundary, at a point midway between the walking path and the opening (sluice gate) of the covered structure.
