PTC refers to a digital map containing detailed navigation-related information on ports and their surrounding areas, equivalent to a harbor chart among navigational electronic navigational charts (ENC). This data is collected and managed in accordance with Article 32 of the Framework Act on Marine and Fisheries Development and the Comprehensive Plan for the Shared Use of Marine and Fisheries Information.
