기계설비법에 따른 기계설비유지관리자 선임 대상 건축물리스트입니다. 현재 기계설비유지관리자 선임중인 건축물리스트 (공동주택을 제외한 건축물의 경우 연면적기준, 10,000㎡ 이상의 건축물, 창고제외, 공동주택의 경우 세대수기준, 지역난방의 경우 300세대 이상, 일반 공동주택의 경우 500세대 이상), 해당 데이터 기준으로 선해임 정보 및 관리주체 정보 와 성능점검 대상 리스트 관리중입니다. 대상리스트는 수시로 업데이트하여 관리중이며, MIS System(기계설비산업행정시스템)에서도 관리중입니다. 기계설비법에서는 기계설비유지관리자 선임대상 건축물, 기계설비유지관리자 선해임 및 관리주체 변경신고, 착공 전 확인 사용 전 검사, 성능점검 및 기계설비유지관리자 교육 등에 관한 사항을 담고 있습니다. 지방행정기관에서는 위와 같은 사항들을 관리하고 있습니다. This list is regularly updated and managed, and is also managed through the MIS System (Mechanical Equipment Industry Administration System). The Mechanical Equipment Maintenance Act includes matters such as buildings subject to the appointment of mechanical equipment maintenance managers, pre-dismissal and management entity change reports, pre-construction confirmation and pre-use inspections, performance inspections, and training for mechanical equipment maintenance managers.
