본 연구의 주요 목표는 국내 시험인증산업의 경쟁력 강화를 위한 방안을 도출하는 것이다. 이를 위해 본 연구는 글로벌 시험인증기관의 국내 시장 진출 현황과 산업 환경 변화를 분석하고, 국내 시험인증기관의 경쟁력 강화를 위한 주요 요인과 전략을 제시한다. 또한, 시험인력의 역량 강화를 위한 경진대회 운영 및 그 효과성을 연구하였다. 연구 결과, 국내 시험인증산업의 경쟁력 강화를 위한 방안은 다음과 같이 제시된다. 첫 번째는 정부의 시험인증산업 중장기 발전계획 수립이고, 두 번째는 대학 및 출연연 등과의 네트워크 강화이며, 세 번째는 중소형 시험기관의 시험역량 강화 및 대형화 추진을 위한 제도 마련이다. The primary goal of this study is to develop measures to strengthen the competitiveness of the domestic testing and certification industry. To this end, this study analyzes the entry of global testing and certification agencies into the domestic market and changes in the industrial environment, and proposes key factors and strategies for enhancing the competitiveness of domestic testing and certification agencies. Furthermore, the study examined the effectiveness of competitions designed to strengthen the capabilities of testing personnel.
