* 아파트 : 5개 층 이상의 공동주택
* 주택가격 5분위 배율 : 주택가격 상위 20% 평균(5분위 가격)을 주택가격 하위20% 평균(1분위 가격)으로 나눈 값이며, 고가주택과 저가 주택 간의 가격격차를 나타내는 것으로 배율이 높을수록 가격 격차가 심하다는 것을 의미

ㅇ 조사방법 : 표본조사 This is the 5-minute ratio data for housing prices (apartments) from the national housing price trend survey provided by the Korea Real Estate Board (formerly Korea Appraisal Board). * Apartment: Multi-family housing with 5 or more floors * Housing price quintile ratio: This is the value obtained by dividing the average of the top 20% of housing prices (5th quintile price) by the average of the bottom 20% of housing prices (1st quintile price), and indicates the price gap between expensive and cheap housing.
