경상북도 김천시 구성면 상원리에 있는 정자 건축불입니다.
1974년 12월 10일 경상북도의 유형문화제 제46호로 지정되었으며, 2019년 12월 30일 대한민국의 보물 제2047호로 지정되었습니다.
조선 선조때 이정복이 조상들을 추모하기 위해 지은 2층 누각으로 몇 차례의 화재와 홍수로 파손된 것을 정조 11년(1787년)에 다시 지어 지금까지 전해지고 있습니다.
앞면 3칸·옆면 2칸 규모의 2층 다락집으로, 2층 가운데 1칸을 방으로 만들어 꾸민 것이 특이하며,
가운데 부분에 사이기둥을 세우고 벽을 쳐서 문짝을 단 것인데, 뒷날 몇 가지의 구조물들이 첨가되어 구조상 어색한 점도 있습니다.
This is a pavilion building located in Sangwon-ri, Goseong-myeon, Gimcheon-si, Gyeongsangbuk-do. It was designated as Tangible Cultural Property No. 46 of Gyeongsangbuk-do on December 10, 1974, and Treasure No. 2047 of the Republic of Korea on December 30, 2019. It is a two-story pavilion built by Lee Jeong-bok during the reign of King Seonjo of the Joseon Dynasty to commemorate his ancestors. It was rebuilt in 1787 (the 11th year of King Jeongjo’s reign) after being damaged by several fires and floods and has remained there to this day. It is a two-story attic house with three rooms on the front and two rooms on the side. It is unique in that one of the rooms in the middle of the second floor was made into a room, and a pillar was erected in the middle, a wall was built, and a door was attached.
