주택가 주변 공한지 및 나대지를 임시 공영주차장으로 조성하여 주민들에게 무료로 제공함으로써 주택가 주차난 해소와 교통환경 개선하고자 하는 사업으로 기본적으로 주택밀집지역의 주변 여유공간을 활용하여 단기간에 저비용으로 효율적인 주차장을 확보하고 장기간 쓰레기 수풀 등으로 방치된 나대지를 임시 공영주차장으로 조성하여 주거환경 개선하였다.
세부적인 선정방식은 최소 2년이상 기능 유지가능한 곳을 선정하고 선정된 토지는 토지소유자와 관할 구청에서 2년이상 사용 조건으로 협약 및 계약을 통해 진행된다. 해당 토지를 제공한 토지 소유자는 사용기간 동안 재산세를 100% 감면을 받을 수 있다. This project aims to resolve the parking shortage in residential areas and improve the traffic environment by creating temporary public parking lots and empty lots around residential areas and providing them to residents free of charge. Basically, it secures efficient parking lots at low cost in a short period of time by utilizing spare space around residential areas, and improves the living environment by creating temporary public parking lots on empty lots that have been left unused for a long time as trash bushes. The detailed selection method is to select a place that can maintain its function for at least 2 years, and the selected land is processed through an agreement and contract with the landowner and the competent district office on the condition of use for at least 2 years.
