나의건강기록 앱은 아래 7가지 기능을 제공하고 있습니다.
1. 투약정보
병원(약국)에서 조제 받은 최근 1년간의 의약품 투약 내역 조회
2. 진료이력
의료기관 및 약국을 방문한 최근 1년간의 진료 내역 조회
3. 건강검진
최근 10년간 국민건강보험 공단에서 실시한 일반 건강검진, 암 검진(위암, 간암, 자궁경부암, 대장암, 유방암, 폐암) 및 최근 5년간 실시한 영유아 검진의 정보와 문진 정보 조회
4. 예방접종
예방접종 내역 및 접종 정보 조회
5. 다운로드 통합/공유
투약정보, 진료이력, 건강검진, 예방접종 내역과 같은 개인 건강기록을 파일로 다운로드하고 SNS, SMS 등으로 공유
6. 의료기관
데이터 제공기관으로 참여한 병의원에서 제공하는 환자정보, 진료의정보, 의료기관정보, 진단내역, 약물처방, 진료기록, 진단검사 등 12종 항목의 진료기록 정보 조회
7. 건강관리
걸음, 체중, 혈압, 혈당 등 디바이스에서 측정 및 기록된 라이프스타일 건강 데이터를 연동하여 한눈에 조회 및 관리 Korea Health Industry Development Institute_My Health Record App User Guide This is the My Health Record app user guide. Medication Information: View medication history dispensed at hospitals (pharmacies) for the past year 2. Medical History: View medical history of visits to medical institutions and pharmacies for the past year 3. Health Checkup: View general health checkups, cancer checkups (stomach cancer, liver cancer, cervical cancer, colon cancer, breast cancer, lung cancer) conducted by the National Health Insurance Corporation in the past 10 years, and infant and toddler checkups conducted in the past 5 years, as well as questionnaire information 4. Vaccination: View vaccination history and inoculation information 5. Download Integration/Sharing: Download personal health records such as medication information, medical history, health checkups, and vaccination history as files and share them via SNS, SMS, etc. 6. Medical Institution Data: View 12 types of medical record information, including patient information, doctor information, medical institution information, diagnosis history, drug prescription, medical record, and diagnostic test, provided by hospitals and clinics that have participated as providers 7.
