법정감염병 진단 신고 기준 지침은 「감염병의 예방 및 관리에 관한 법률」및 「질병관리청장이 지정하는 감염병의 종류 고시」 에 따라 지정된
법정감염병의 분류, 감시 체계, 신고 범위 및 절차, 각 감염병별 진단신고기준 등의 데이터를 제공합니다.
감염병의 급수(제1급~제4급)별로 구성되며, 각 감염병에 대한 정의, 임상증상, 신고 시기, 진단검사 기준 등이 포함되어 있습니다.
보건소, 의료기관 등 감염병 관리 주체들이 감염병환자등의 진단부터 신고, 보고 등의 전 과정에서 일관된 기준을 적용할 수 있도록 지원하는 표준 지침으로 활용됩니다.

The guidelines for reporting criteria for statutory infectious diseases provide data on the classification, surveillance schema, reporting scope and procedure, and diagnosis reporting criteria for each infectious disease designated in accordance with the “Act on the Prevention and Management of Infectious Diseases” and the “Notice on Types of Infectious Diseases Designated by the Commissioner of the Korea Disease Control and Prevention Agency.” They are organized by infectious disease level (Level 1 to Level 4) and include definitions, clinical symptoms, reporting periods, diagnostic testing criteria, etc. for each infectious disease. They are used as standard guidelines to support infectious disease management entities such as public health centers and medical institutions to apply consistent criteria throughout the entire process from diagnosis to reporting and reporting of infectious disease patients.
