This data was collected for the purpose of systematically controlling and managing access rights to menus (icons) of the internal portal system to strengthen internal information security within the hospital and increase the work efficiency of faculty and staff. The data contains the status of access controls for specific functions within the portal and consists of four detailed items: icon codes identifying each menu, display numbers indicating the order of screen exposure, and start and end dates specifying the validity period of the authority. Academic institutions and research organizations can combine this data with anonymized personnel information to utilize it for research on internal system access control models for large-scale organizations. Furthermore, it can serve as foundational data for establishing an Identity and Access Management (IAM) system that automatically grants and revokes permissions by linking with personnel appointment data during the future advancement of the next-generation Hospital Information System (HIS).
