골재채취법 제4조, 골재채취법 시행령 제3조,
국토교통부장관은 법 제4조제1항의 규정에 의한 골재자원조사를 실시함에 있어서는 매년도별로 전국의 골재자원에 대한 지역별ㆍ종류별 조사계획을 수립하고 이에 따라 골재자원조사를 실시하여야 하고, 이 경우 국토교통부장관은 다음 지역의 골재자원조사를 다른 지역에 우선하여 실시할 수 있다.
골재채취법 시행규칙 제1조의2에 근거하여
국토교통부장관은 「골재채취법」(이하 “법”이라 한다) 제4조제1항에 따른 골재자원조사 결과를 다음 각 호의 방법으로 관계 기관 및 일반인이 이용할 수 있도록 하여야 한다.
1. 법 제4조의2제1항에 따른 골재자원정보관리시스템(이하 “골재자원정보관리시스템”이라 한다)에의 등록 및 공개(PDF형태의 전자도서로 홈페이지에 무료로 공개) Article 4 of the Aggregate Extraction Act, Article 3 of the Enforcement Decree of the Aggregate Extraction Act, When conducting an aggregate resource survey pursuant to Article 4 Paragraph 1 of the Act, the Minister of Land, Infrastructure and Transport shall establish a regional and type-specific survey plan for aggregate resources nationwide each year and conduct an aggregate resource survey accordingly. In this case, the Minister of Land, Infrastructure and Transport may conduct an aggregate resource survey in the following regions with priority over other regions. Pursuant to Article 1-2 of the Enforcement Decree of the Aggregate Extraction Act, the Minister of Land, Infrastructure and Transport shall make the results of the aggregate resource survey pursuant to Article 4 Paragraph 1 of the Aggregate Extraction Act (hereinafter referred to as the “Act”) available to relevant organizations and the general public in the following ways: 1.
