국립전파연구원에서는 100GHz 이하 밀리미터파 대역에서의 근거리장 전파전달 특성 연구 및 방송통신기자재등의 적합성평가 측정용 안테나 성능의 동일성 검증을 위한 국내 안테나 교정기관을 대상으로 안테나 비교숙련도 프로그램을 운영하여 기관 간 시험결과의 차이를 줄이고 시험능력의 상향 평준화를 도모하고 있다.

2020년 처음 비교시험을 제안한 이후로 매년 전파시험인증센터와 교정기관 간 1~2종의 안테나를 숙련도 시료로 사용하여 동일성을 검증해왔다. 2021년부터 2023년까지 표준안테를 대상으로 비교숙련도 프로그램 진행 결과를 기술하였다. The National Radio Research Agency operates an antenna comparative proficiency program for domestic antenna calibration institutes to verify the identity of antenna performance for the study of near-field radio propagation characteristics in the millimeter wave band below 100 GHz and for conformity assessment measurements of broadcasting and communication equipment, etc., thereby reducing the difference in test results between institutes and promoting upward standardization of testing capabilities. Since the first comparative test was proposed in 2020, one to two types of antennas have been used as proficiency samples between the Radio Testing Certification Center and the calibration institute to verify the identity every year.
