이에 대한 내용으로, 법정재난인 기간통신망 장애 등으로 인한 국민 피해에 대응하기 위한 네트워크 안전관리체계 개선, 통신망 비밀보호대책 기술기준 일원화, 구내통신설비 기술기준 개선 등 유선네트워크 분야 기술기준 개선 연구 결과 보고서로 도출하였다.
