이에 빠르게 변화하는 시장 환경에 대응하기 위한 방송통신 기술기준 개정 패스트트랙 도입, 전문가 인력풀 관리 방안 및 현행 기술기준 개정 방안을 연구한 결과 보고서 입니다. Recently, as technology convergence services and products such as autonomous driving and UAM are emerging, it is becoming difficult to regulate related technologies and products with technology standards in a single field such as aviation, maritime, and simple radio stations. In addition, excessive prior regulation can be an obstacle to new technologies and new industries, so there is a need for a transition to flexible regulations in technology standards, and the need to improve the regulations themselves is being raised.
