- 시설구분 : 지하수 설치용도에 따른 양수능력과 토출관 안쪽 지름을 기준으로 허가 또는 신고대상으로 구분하였음(지하수법 제7조 및 제8조)
- 용 도 : (농어업용) 농업, 임업, 축산업, 수산업에 사용, (생활용) 가정용 등 일상생활에 사용, (공업용) 공장이나 그 밖의 생산업체 등에서 사용(지하수법 시행령 제8조의2)
