산재보험에 가입된 중·소기업 사업주 등은 보험 연도마다 고용노동부장관이 고시하는 월 단위 보수액의 등급 중 하나를 선택하여 해당 보험 연도의 1월 말일까지 당해연도 월 보수를 공단에 신고하여야 하며,
선택하여 신고하지 아니하는 경우에는 종전에 적용받고 있는 월 단위 보수액의 등급을 선택한 것으로 간주합니다.
