주된 원료가 직접 생산되었거나, 제조장 인근 지역에서 생산된 농산물이어야 하며, 수입산 원료나 정부 비축미 사용은 불가능

- 종량세 주종(탁주, 맥주, 주정)의 과세표준은 ㎘기준이며, 그외 종가세 주종의 과세표준은 백만원 기준임
