또한 기업에는 맞춤형 인재 발굴 및 채용 지원 서비스를 제공함으로써 여성 인력 활용을 촉진하고, 지역 내 고용 활성화에 기여하고 있습니다.
- 새일센터는 여성가족부와 고용노동부에서 지정하고 있으며, 전국에 159개소가 지정되어 있음 This is the current status of the Women's New Job Center in Incheon Metropolitan City as of August 2025. The Women's New Job Center supports women's continued employment by providing comprehensive services to job-seeking women, including women on career breaks, including: ▲employment counseling and vocational skills development training ▲internship and employment linkages ▲group counseling programs (career planning), ▲post-employment follow-up care (employment retention support), and ▲company linkages. Furthermore, the center provides companies with customized talent discovery and recruitment support services, thereby promoting the utilization of female workers and contributing to local employment revitalization.
