- 농림축산식품부 관련 소송사건, 행정심판사건, 헌법재판사건에 관한 사항
- 법령의 해석, 적용에 관한 사항
- 법령 등의 제개정에 관한 사항
- 계약서, 소송서면 등 주요 서류의 검토 및 작성 등에 관한 사항
- 국회가 발의하거나 논의 중인 법률개정안에 관한 사항
- 농림축산식품부 내 주요 위원회 운영 참여 등에 관한 사항
- 그 밖에 농림축산식품부 장관이 요청하는 사항

ㅇ 자문 보수 : 건당 30만원(부가가치세 별도)
ㅇ 인원 : 30명 내외
ㅇ 계약기간 : 2년(동일한 조건으로 1년 연장 가능)
