□ 작성목적
- 국내에서 발생하는 배출원별 대기오염물질 배출량 현황을 파악하여 대기환경정책(대기환경개선 종합계획, 미세먼지 종합대책, 미세먼지 종합계획 등) 수립·이행·평가 등을 위한 근거자료, 대기질예보 모델링 수행을 위한 입력자료 등 활용

□ 작성대상
- 대깅염물질이 발생하는 배출원 중 배출량 산정 방법론이 구축되어 있는 배출원을 대상으로 배출량을 산정하며, 이를 위하여 약 150개 유관기관으로부터 약 260개 자료를 수집하여 배출량 산정에 활용

- 인위적으로 발생되는 대기오염물질을 배출원별로 구분하여 각 배출원에 적합한 방법론을 구축하고 전국, 광역시도, 시군구 수준으로 배출량 산정
