Korea Mining and Reclamation Corporation (KOMRC) conducts mine hazard prevention projects to analyze, prevent, and eliminate mine hazards resulting from mine development processes and secondary pollution after mine closure. Additionally, this dataset is categorized by region, allowing for a detailed understanding of the current state of abandoned mines. This can be used to develop customized mine reclamation policies tailored to the specific characteristics of each region.
The Public Data Utilization Support Center automatically converts and provides open-format file data of three or more steps open to public data portals into open APIs (RestAPI-based JSON/XML).
To use the open API, you need to sign up for a public data portal membership and apply for utilization. For inquiries about utilization, please contact the Public Data Utilization Support Center.
